Thirsty Thursday

This workout is sure to leave you sweaty and thirsty…for H2O that is.

It’s an intermediate level, 30-minute pyramid running routine for the treadmill, that works its way up from 6.0 to 8.0 mph.

Feel like having a longer run?  Complete the pyramid 2x for an hour-long run.
