Banana Bread Oatmeal



With my quick cooking steel cut oats, they first go in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, then I take them out and stir them and put them back in for another 2 1/2 minutes.  For my banana bread oats, I added half of one banana, a 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and popped it back in the microwave for the remaining 2 1/2 minutes. When it was done, I topped it with some chopped walnuts, the rest of the banana (sliced), some raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
